Look, it’s a really difficult place to review. On one hand, the responsiveness of Olivia has been wonderful – she’s been really helpful and pleasant throughout the process. On the other hand, the processes of the business leave a lot to be desired and result in a really confusing and convoluted buying process, particularly for a business that presents itself as an online retailer. If I had my time again, I would save myself the effort and go elsewhere. The delays and lack of clarity with regards to delivery timelines mean that I’ve actually had to go and buy what I require elsewhere, leaving me out of pocket. Lower Review:
Unfortunately cannot give anything positive. Took order and money, then I had to repeatedly chase the product (they obviously did not have one). When it arrived it was not delivered (as suggested but not stated on their website) and I had to send my daughter to go and pick it up (112km round trip plus tolls). Then I reported an issue multiple times and written requests were completely ignored. This morning the fitting that is still under 12 months parts and labour warranty and 10 year replacement warranty has burst and is unusable. I will be buying replacement parts for my $450 fitting at Bunnings. Bathroomware House has failed at every opportunity and I suggest you buy elsewhere – even a meth head on the street corner could not have worse customer support. – Rick Adrian

I really can’t speak highly enough of the service we received on the purchase of the fittings for our ensuite renovations. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given expert advice on our choices. The staff were very friendly and we never felt pressured during our dealings there. First class, friendly service.
The team at First Choice is Fantastic. I received brilliant and prompt customer service for some spare parts of a discontinued model of WC. They went out of their way to assist and guide me as well. A special thanks to Sandra and the warehouse manager who went that extra step to help me. I strongly recommend First Choice Warehouse and will definitely be a return customer. Well done guys !!

We drove 3.5 hrs to collect a large order we had placed at the Moorabbin store. The guy who help load the items was fantastic. We had to go instore to make a purchase for something else we wanted. The lady who eventually served after waiting for her to even acknowledge we were there, was rude and ubrupt, to the point we told her Not to worry about it and walked out.
We were ordering most items for our renovations from the store and will now take my money elsewhere where its actually appreciated.
