Flow switches. Series FS6200 for gases and FS6700 for liquids for very low flows - adjustable set points 0.5ml to 800ml per minute for liquid, or 30 sccm to 20 slpm for gas.
These Micro Flow Switches are designed to precisely detect increasing or decreasing flow rates in critical processes. The FS6200 Series for gases and the FS6700 Series liquids. Typical applications include process analyzer sample conditioning systems, pump coolant and lubrication monitoring and chemical injection. The linear, high resolution adjustment allows for precise settings. The miniature compact construction is ideal for high density system packaging.
